The first floor features a spacious, light-filled living room with a seating area connecting the indoors and outdoor lagoon.

The kitchen is modern and stylish, fully fitted with over-basic amenities. Raw wood dining table connects the kitchen with the living room and can easily accommodate six people.

The main bedroom has a separate entrance to the patio, a comfortable queen size bed, and a private bathroom. There is also a half bath on the bottom floor.

Upstairs there are two beds bedrooms with an en suite bathroom.

1st level also features a terrace with a lovely view. The open space allows you to see the lagoon.

IMPORTANT (please read this before you book):

GOUNA IS A PRIVATE AND GATED COMMUNITY.

Mixed couples ( EGYPTIANS ) ARE NOT ALLOWED IN SWAN LAKE.

When you book, you need to send us the IDs (front and back Egyptian IDs) or passports to arrange a permit with security to enter El Gouna and swan Lake.

Other things to note

BOOKING IS REQUIRED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ALLOW TIME FOR MANAGEMENT TO CREATE THE ENTRY CODES .

All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation to allow entrance into El Gouna.

There are additional forms that guests must complete after the booking is made. (Rental form , swimming rules , and a tenant application that includes name, email address,and social media links )

Entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval.

El Gouna Community management doesn’t support hosting Egyptian national Male groups.

In case your IDs or passports are disapproved by El Gouna management you will be fully refunded.
