Welcome to your dream getaway! This stunning villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, designed for comfort and relaxation. The three bedrooms are master bedrooms and each one has en-suite bathroom. The open-plan kitchen seamlessly flows into a chic living area, offering breathtaking views of the heated pool and serene lagoon beyond.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and kitchenware.

The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned, fully covered by a WI-FI connection. Each bedroom has a smart TV and the living room does too.

Necessary amenities like washing machine, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.

Step outside to discover your private oasis: a tranquil, swimmable lagoon right at your doorstep with easy access for a refreshing dip. The centerpiece of the villa’s outdoor space is a spectacular heated pool, perfectly complemented by an elegant pergola lounge, a dreamy spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind with a good book, or enjoy sunset cocktails with loved ones.

Things to note:

The pool is all time heated from 1st October to 31 May, up to 29 degrees.

Outside of that period, the heating is not recommended as normal weather temperature is higher than 29 degrees and the thermostat switches off automatically.

QR codes permits and check-in instructions are shared automatically 24h before arrival.

Early / Late check-out can only be confirmed 24h before your arrival / departure.

-In line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted).

Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate.

-All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation or maximum before 72 hours before Check-in for Gouna QR code gate entry. (If disapproved by community security, the guest should initiate the cancellation and will be fully refunded)
