The two master bedrooms has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed.

The living room is bright and cozy, directly connected to the kitchen, and includes a comfortable seating area. The TV provides access to local and cable TV channels for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware, making it perfect for preparing your favorite meals.

Essential amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Our guests have free access to Mangroovy Beach & pool by showing reservation confirmation email. As well access to Outdoor Gym by the beach & mini kids area.

Other details to note

Swimming Pool hours are from 9 am to Sunset. Using the pool outside working hours results in fines by El Gouna.

ِ-In line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted).
Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate.

-All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation or maximum before 72 hours before Check-in for Gouna QR code gate entry. (If disapproved by community security, the guest should initiate the cancellation and will be fully refunded)
